At Made with Megan, we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. Returns are only accepted if an item is damaged or missing. If you receive a damaged or missing item, please contact us at contact@madewithmegan.co.uk with photographs or other proof of the issue. Each case will be assessed individually, and depending on the situation, the resolution may be a full refund to your original payment method, store credit, or a replacement of the item ordered.
Refunds and replacements are processed as quickly as possible; however, depending on the circumstances, it may take longer than 7–10 business days to complete. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs if applicable, unless the item is confirmed to be damaged or missing.
